Our Mission

Galaxy Vets is on a mission to give veterinary medicine back to veterinarians. We are building an animal healthcare system, owned by employees, where everybody directly benefits from its success. Founded and funded by vets and owned by employees, we are committed to providing access to care for pets when and where they need it while supporting the mental health and well-being of our healthcare teams.

At Galaxy Vets, we are data geeks, and employee satisfaction is an important metric for us. Employing a unique operating framework and technology, we take a structured approach to eliminating the burnout triggers and fostering a people-first culture that empowers the healthcare teams to live their passion.

Our Vision

We are here to play the long game. We partner with like-minded visionaries who share our purpose to reduce burnout in the industry. We aim to build a perfect veterinary organization with the most effective model on the market, where employees are financially and emotionally rewarded and pets get a lifetime of quality care.

We want to break the mold of current veterinary workplaces to address the challenges veterinary professionals now face and take a data-driven approach to work-life balance. We are redesigning employment standards, rethinking compensation, and redefining full-time — all to give veterinary professionals more freedom and choice.
